The apartment is located in a quiet and very sunny area, about 800 m. from the center, with a terrace and garden available.

Nearby there are beautiful walks in the middle of nature.

In winter the location is strategic because the house is halfway to reach the ski slopes, connection Predazzo-Pampeago (about 3 km), Lusia-Bellamonte, and Cavalese / Cermis (8 km).
